Your Ladyship, as previously indicated, the position of the applicant, is still as covered in the notice of motion. Hereby, the applicant is praying the honorable court to declare that the conduct of the respondent, by virtue of his failure to align his consultation process in as far as government notice Gazette Number 46048 for public consultation, in terms of section 90, bracket 4, bracket A of the National Health Act … (from the transcriber of the video: what is said is unclear)… Your Ladyship, declaring that the consultation process followed by the respondent, in terms of Section 90, Bracket 4, Bracket C, of the National Health Act is also ..(from the transcriber of the video: what is said is unclear).. and invalid. Further, your Ladyship, compelling the respondent forthwith to withdraw Government Notice 46048, for public consultation, which he instituted in terms of Section 90 4 C in terms of the National Health Act in the alternative, compelling the respondent to forthwith withdraw Government Notice under Gazette Number 46048 of public Consultation which he instituted in terms of Section 90, Subsection 4, Subsection C of the National Health Act. Act 61 of 2003 and to revise the provision for consultation in alignment with section 90, 4a of the National Health Act
