ENN – Desire for a new, more responsible world!

The plastic rant…

This week Jason Sole covers an emotional issue regarding plastic pollution and the brainwashing that leads us to believe that manufacturers are not responsible for the cleanup. The issue really comes down to one of stemming the tide of plastic pollution at its source and changing the way the concept of “business” is taught so as to allow for a full product life cycle of responsibility. By implementing this simple change you would soon see manufacturers starting to alter the makeup and packing of their products.

Why not responsible?

What makes manufacturers of products believe that they are not responsible for their own product? In our opinion, much like the persistent infatuation with oil and petroleum, it is because we believe we are unable to change it. Somehow we are born into it and thus its just the way the world is, yet, by merely changing the way business is taught in business schools we could bring about massive change down the line. This is really the objective of what Jason Sole is attempting to do here.
