COP 22 IUCN Making adaptation effective through ecosystems based approaches

This side event will provide an overview of the opportunities and challenges Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) offers. The panelists will deliberate on the role of ecosystems as ‘natural’ adaptation infrastructure and assess the effectiveness of investing into EbA for enhancing the resilience of communities & ecosystems.
